Privacy & Cookies Policy Your data and personal information will not be shared with any third party, and we will adhere to The Data Protection Act of 1998. Our files, orders and enquiries remain confidential at all times and will not be copied, saved, stored or passed on to any third party without your permission. We are dedicated to preserving and safeguarding your privacy when you visit our site or when you communicate digitally with us. When you interact with our website, we may collect and process the following data from you: Visits to our website and the resources that you access, includes details like – traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website, like sending us en enquiry form. Information provided to us when you communicate with our business for any reason. We will make sure you are happy with the material and colour of the flooring before delivering or fitting it for you. This means our service will be dependent upon your specifications and therefore refunds on the finished job will not be permitted. If you have made an order with KOMS to have carpet delivered or fitted then this can be cancelled beforehand by contacting us via telephone or email *subject to cancellation fees. Credits or refunds will only be issued with an official complaint register number. You will cooperate with all our reasonable requests in connection with our efforts to satisfy ourselves that the Goods are defective. If applicable, we will arrange and pay for the collection of the defective Goods from the address you give us and for any subsequent delivery of replacement Goods. Pricing & Delivery The prices of our goods are not listed on our current website. If you would like a quote of the full service before we deliver / fit the flooring, please contact us. We are subject to charge VAT on all of our carpets and vinyls. Please discuss with us the expense of the job before we start so we can ensure you get the right type of flooring for a suitable price. Most deliveries are carried out using a courier. However, we have some lorries and drivers of our own and some of our deliveries are carried out using this method. We use what we think is the best method to convey your order to you. If your delivery address falls outside the UK then please contact our sales team to place your order. There will be no further notification once the order has been accepted. If you need to check on the progress of the order, please contact our sales team. If you (or a business representative) are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse before informing you about the returned item. Re-dispatch of the item will be at your cost as it your responsibility to ensure that you are present for the delivery of your flooring. We offer a guaranteed next day service; this service is based on weight and a premium. It is also subject to a 1:00 PM cut off time for ordering. All orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the next day. You may collect your consignment yourself from our warehouse. If you want to collect the same day, please order in good time before our 1:00 PM cut off, our sales team will contact you to arrange a collection time. Interactive Services You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You may not: Reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site Interfere with, access without authority, damage or disrupt any part of our website Knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs Use our site to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way. KOMS Unit
KOMS Unit We have now officially moved in! Our unit is located in Oldbury. The address is: Unit 4, Springfield Industrial Estate, Manchester Street, B69 4HH. After months of planning and setting up our equipment, we have now moved in to the office and warehouse. As our expert fitters have been in the industry for over 20 years, we know what flooring sells the most and therefore have been able to make orders to start filling up our racks. Our marketing executive has been working on the social media and email marketing campaigns to ensure our target audience are kept up-to-date with business news and updates while our website is being worked on. Our unit has been selected near to the M5 and M6 to make it easier logistically (at least by 2018). The staff office is at the front of the building and the warehouse is behind (as shown on the picture). We have a team of experienced fitters as well as office staff, working together to reach our goals for the business.
